AWS Migration · GCP Modernization · Zero-Downtime

Modernize legacy systems with zero downtime.

We plan and execute cloud migrations that move your applications and databases from on-premise servers to AWS, GCP, and Azure. Using Infrastructure as Code and proven modernization practices, we reduce infrastructure costs and eliminate scalability bottlenecks.

What we build

Our migration capabilities

Infrastructure Assessment

We analyze your existing on-premise footprint to determine the right migration strategy — rehosting, replatforming, or refactoring — for each individual workload.

Legacy App Modernization

We refactor monolithic applications into cloud-native architectures — breaking them into maintainable services that scale independently and cost less to run.

Database Migration

Secure migration of relational and NoSQL databases to cloud-native managed services — RDS, Snowflake, BigQuery — with automated validation to guarantee data integrity.

Containerization & Kubernetes

We package applications into Docker containers and orchestrate them on Kubernetes — making legacy systems portable, resilient, and ready to scale on cloud infrastructure.

Zero-Downtime Cutover

Using blue-green deployments and staged traffic routing, we transition your users from legacy systems to the new cloud environment without taking the application offline.

Cost Optimization (FinOps)

After migration, we implement autoscaling, reserved capacity, and resource right-sizing so your cloud spend is optimized for return on investment.

Engineering stack

Built on proven, enterprise-grade foundations.

FAQ

Migration questions, answered.

How long does a typical cloud migration take?

It depends on scope. A single application can often be migrated in 2–4 weeks, while a full infrastructure migration with multiple databases and legacy systems typically runs 8–16 weeks — executed in stages so business operations continue throughout.

Will our systems be down during the migration?

We design migrations to minimize or eliminate downtime using blue-green deployments, replication, and staged traffic cutover. Where a legacy system makes zero downtime genuinely impossible, we schedule a short maintenance window in advance — with a tested rollback plan in place before anything changes.

Which migration strategy is right for us — rehosting, replatforming, or refactoring?

It depends on the workload, and the answer is rarely the same across an entire estate. During the assessment phase we evaluate each application against the standard migration strategies and recommend the approach that best balances speed, cost, and long-term maintainability for each one.

How is our data protected during migration?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest throughout the process. We run automated validation checks comparing record counts and checksums before and after migration, and keep the legacy system running until the new environment is fully verified. Every engagement is covered by an NDA.

What happens after the migration is complete?

Migration is the beginning, not the end. We hand over fully documented Infrastructure as Code, set up monitoring and alerting, and can continue as an ongoing management engagement covering cost optimization, security patching, and scaling as you grow.
